PRAESI Technologies Ltd is a private limited company incorporated in Cyprus on 7 November 2025 (registration no. HE 483138), developing a UK patented integrated system for accountable wildfire suppression and response. The company is founder-led and focused on building evidence before scale.

PRAESI is building a system that connects field deployment, aerial suppression, sensing, repeatable turnaround and operator oversight into a more organised wildfire-response architecture. The company is not presenting itself as a generic drone manufacturer or a single-feature tool.

PRAESI’s approach is intentionally staged. The company is focused first on a bounded proof-build pathway, stronger IP follow-through, disciplined investor materials and partner-ready operating logic. Larger deployment pathways are treated as future scale opportunities after proof, customer pull, partner alignment, funding conditions and operational readiness justify them.

PRAESI's system is protected by a UK patent. Public materials describe the company's wildfire-response system at a high level and are intentionally non-enabling. Detailed technical architecture, partner integration materials, system-deployment detail and IP-sensitive information are shared only through controlled disclosure.

PRAESI has prepared a structured investor and partner-readiness process, including a public-safe overview, controlled investor materials, technical briefing materials and restricted diligence content for qualified discussions.
